•Review:The book Edenville Owls by Robert B. Parker told an interesting story.
The residents of the town are trying to adjust to life after what has happened in World War II. Although there wasn’t a true mystery to solve, the story provided suspense. I was excited to find out if Oswald Tupper would get caught.
The characters showed no fear, both in their quest for the championship and their desire to stop Tupper.

I rarely saw similes and metaphors. The book contained creativity, providing descriptive language.
Parker describes how each player dribbles and shoots the basketball, which helped me to see it in my mind.
Although the characters swear throughout the book, I still think it was well written.
